5- BUT YOUR BAGS IN COLD AREA TELL IT BECOME COLD IN CLEAN AREA (DONT LEAVE IT OPENED)
6- INCULATE YOUR BAGS WITH GOOD SPOONS ( I LL EXPLAIN HOW TO DISTINGUSH THE GOOD SPAWN SOON )

7- CLOSE YOUR BAGS AND LEAVE IT IN THE ROOM IN TEMPRETURE BETWEEN 5 : 27 C

11- REDUCE THE TEMPRETURE BY 3 DEGREES
12 IN ONE TWO 3 WEEK YOU MAY HARVEST YOUR FIRST FLUSH OF SHIITAKE
